OGLS' Policies for Modalities and Masking
Please keep visiting this page for updates on OGLS’ policies for modalities and masking. The OGLS admin team is using the CDC’s COVID Data Tracker to monitor Franklin county.
Modalities
OGLS 2022-2023 courses have the following modalities:
Masking (Updated March 2022)
In accordance with updated CDC guidance, OGLS is lifting its current mask requirement.
Should Franklin county become an area of high COVID-19 community levels again, we will reinstate the policy for the duration of the high COVID-19 community level designation (according to CDC tracking).
OGLS echoes the CDC’s recommendations for areas with areas of low COVID-19 community levels:
“Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines. Get tested if you have symptoms. Wear a mask if you have symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19. Wear a mask on public transportation. You may choose to wear a mask at any time as an additional precaution to protect yourself and others.”
We are thankful for our school community’s flexibility and understanding!
